CBDV Products (Canna Slim)

Cannabis sativa plants naturally contain a cannabinoid called cannabidivarin, known as CBDV. German researcher Ludwig Vollner first discovered CBDV in 1969. The molecular structure of CBDV is similar to CBD (cannabidiol), but it has a propyl chain instead of a pentyl chain. 

Like CBD, CBDV doesn’t cause any psychoactive effects or make the user high. 

The Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) considers CBDV derived from marijuana to be a schedule 1 drug, which is illegal on a federal level. There are some states that have legalized the use of marijuana for medicinal purposes or for recreational purposes. Cannabis derivatives, including CBDV, are legal in states that have legalized marijuana. 

However, thanks to the Farm Bill, CBDV from hemp is federally legal!

CBDV's molecular structure allows it to work differently in the body than CBD and other similar cannabinoids. Since CBDV has fewer carbon molecules than other cannabinoids, it produces stronger but shorter effects on the human body. In some studies, CBDV appears to be able to help with wellness in specific ways, such as decreasing nausea. In addition, CBDV helps promote natural weight loss. CBDV works and what its benefits are will require more research.

Not all cannabis plants contain cannibidivarin (CBDV); CBDV originates from certain Indica strains of cannabis that contain higher levels of CBD than THC. Due to the high level of CBDV found in marijuana plants, CBDV is typically extracted from these plants - though it is also found in hemp as well.
