Gift Card Balance

A gift card is a form of payment that can be used to make purchases at CBD Mall in lieu of credit or debit cards. All you need to do is purchase a gift card and your account will then hold a balance that you or the recipient of the gift card can use on future purchases.

To purchase a gift card, you can either visit out Gift Cards page and add them to your cart like you would any other product, or if you're part of our Rewards Program, you can use your points to redeem gifts, including gift cards in various amounts!

To redeem a gift card, simply enter your gift card code in the gift card field during checkout. To find your gift card code, visit the Your Orders tab in your account or look through your email to find the code. 

No, gift cards don't expire.

To check your balance, just visit our Gift Cards Balance page and enter your unique gift card code and the email originally used to purchase the gift card.

No, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

No, only one gift card is allowed per order.

Absolutely. If your order total is more than your gift card balance, the remaining amount will be charged to your card. 

Yes, if your order total is less than your gift card's total available balance, you can apply the remaining balance to a later purchasae.

No, our promotions do not apply to purchasing gift cards.
