I needed help because initially over and over again puff after puff and nothing happened. I contacted you folks and got an email saying I should try melting the wax with a hairdryer. I don’t own one. So I used an unfolded paper clip and inserted that into the hole and that worked well but if i go 12 hours not using it, I have to repeat the process and then it works.
