These are incredible!! They taste like candy and it takes everything to not eat more than I'm supposed to...lol They are really strong too and they do everything they're supposed to do and then some! As always, the shipping was very fast and everything was perfect!
I really like the product! I've never had a problem with ordering or shipping and it always comes on time!
I really like the Delta 9 THC Milk Chocolate Bar. It helps me relax before bed and sleep through the night. Not a hard sleep that you can't seem to wake up from, or where you wake up groggy, but a nice sleep that you wake up from feeling rested. I will definitely purchase again.

Delta 9 Products - Catch A Classic Buzz

CBD Mall's delta 9 products are the newest addition to our cannabinoid family. You know us as your trusted source for hemp-derived compounds, but now we've finally brought you the most famous cannabinoid in the world legally and safely!

There are many relatives of delta 9, such as delta 8, delta 10, and HHC, but delta 9 is the classic compound that has become synonymous with getting dazed and blazed.

What Is Delta 9?

The molecule delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, is a psychoactive component of cannabis plants responsible for causing high effects. In other words, delta-9 is what we usually think of when we think of THC.

Ingesting THC causes your brain cells to release dopamine, which is why you feel euphoric (and giggly) after smoking a joint or eating a cosmic brownie. On average, THC takes 10-30 minutes to kick in and lasts around two hours.

There are a number of properties associated with delta 9 THC, including:

  • Insomnia relief

  • Appetite stimulation

  • Anxiety management

  • Pain management

  • Moderate to strong high

When consumed in large quantities, delta 9 products have also been shown to produce some adverse effects on the body, such as anxiety, nausea, paranoia, and mental fog.

To avoid this, it's a good idea to start low and build your way up to the right dosage. Dosing can be tricky, and it's certainly not an exact science, but there are three main tiers to consider:

  • For beginners with a low tolerance, 5mg is recommended

  • Casual users with medium tolerance should take 15mg

  • Regular users with a high tolerance can take anywhere upwards of 15mg

Weight, tolerance, delivery method, and comfort level are some of the factors that determine dosage, so there's no foolproof way to do it. Once you reach that sweet spot, however, your endeavor will have been worthwhile!

Remember, you can always smoke more, but there's no going back from a hit too far. Always start slow and work your way up the ladder!

A Brief History of Delta 9 THC

Weed has been a helpful tool in Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas for thousands of years. Most ancient cultures grew hemp and marijuana for their many medicinal benefits, but in the United States, hemp was grown to produce textiles as early as the 1600s.

Fast forward a few centuries to the early 1900s, with the Mexican Revolution tearing through our neighbors to the south in full force. Mexican immigrants sought shelter from the war in the United States and quickly introduced recreational cannabis to American culture.

Political, racial, and economic factors contributed to public resentment of Mexican immigrants, and their links to recreational marijuana became demonized by politicians, resulting in 29 states outlawing cannabis by 1931.

In 1937, the Marijuana Tax Act criminalized marijuana nationwide by imposing a tax on the sale, possession, and transfer of hemp products, with the exception of industrial cannabis.

A few decades later, President Nixon signed the Controlled Substances Act of 1970, which repealed the Marijuana Tax Act and classified marijuana as a Schedule I drug alongside heroin, LSD, and ecstasy.

In 90s anti-drug programs like D.A.R.E., marijuana was smeared as a "gateway drug"—Millennials remember Daren the Lion wearing his black t-shirt and warning them about the dangers of smoking pot.

California became the first state to legalize marijuana for medicinal purposes in 1996, followed by Washington DC, 37 other states, and US territories such as Guam and Puerto Rico.

As of 2022, recreational marijuana is legal in 19 states and Washington DC.

Is This Legit Delta 9?

Absolutely!

There's only one difference between our delta 9 and the one you're used to: ours is derived from hemp, not marijuana.

In 2018, the Farm Bill legalized hemp and all its derivatives. The bill made a legal distinction between hemp and marijuana, with the main difference being that hemp contains 0.3% THC or less and marijuana contains more. Although CBD is the main cannabinoid associated with hemp, the Farm Bill gave savvy manufacturers a loophole for a legal buzz.

All popular cannabinoids, from delta 8 and delta 10 to HHC and THCP, can be derived from CBD in a lab environment. Scientists can manipulate the environmental factors of hemp-derived CBD to convert it into other cannabinoids.

As long as these cannabinoids, including delta 9, comply with the limit of 0.3% THC, we're golden!

Cannabinoids like delta 8, delta 10, HHC, and THCP can all be derived from CBD in a lab. Starting with CBD, scientists can manipulate the environmental factors and induce the chemical changes that convert CBD into other substances and create other cannabinoids. While our delta 9 products come from hemp, not marijuana, they are virtually identical to "regular" weed, except for the source.

Is Hemp-Derived Delta 9 Legal?

There aren't many days when you can say Congress did something good, but on a fateful day in 2018, they did something great!

With the passing of the Farm Bill, hemp and all derivatives of hemp became federally legal in the United States, including hemp-derived delta 9 in all its forms!

It is important to note that state laws may vary. At the moment, hemp is legal in 39 states and illegal in 11 states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, Rhode Island, and Utah.

At CBD Mall, we've got a long list of safe and legal delta 9 products. Most popularly, our delta 9 edibles, including delta 9 gummies and delta 9 chocolates, will give you a strong and long-lasting buzz worthy of drool!

Is Hemp-Derived Delta 9 Safe?

Yes! Delta 9 compounds are 100% safe as long as they are sourced from a reputable company.

Manufacturers often set their own safety standards for hemp-derived cannabinoids because the FDA does not regulate them. It is essential to research and trust your source of hemp-derived cannabinoids so you can enjoy a safe and positive experience.

We at CBD Mall carry out extensive third-party testing on each and every product to ensure purity, quality, and safety. Moreover, you can easily access those lab results on our website for peace of mind.

If you source your delta 9 from CBD Mall, you are guaranteed 100% safety!

Delta 8 or Delta 9>

In addition to their similarities, delta 8 and delta 9 diverge in many ways. But what makes them so similar (and so different)?

Basically, delta 8 products are a milder version of delta 9.

Researchers believe delta 9 is 2x as potent as delta 8, meaning that even though the two cannabinoids have similar side effects, delta 9's effects are much stronger.

It may sound like good news for seasoned stoners seeking a stronger kick, but consuming delta 9 products is more likely to result in adverse side effects like paranoia or anxiety.

Although delta 8 works gradually towards relaxing you, delta 9's effects are quicker to become apparent.

Delta 8 can have the following effects:

  • Pain management

  • Relaxation

  • Appetite stimulation

  • Mild to moderate high
