I mix this into my coffee or tea, and it's become my go-to when I need to be productive. In coffee, it seems to sustain the energy the caffeine starts; in tea, it gives a crisp mental boost without any jitteriness. I didn't notice it wearing off until I was done at my computer — roughly the first four hours of my day. It also seemed to take the edge off appetite: I had fruit or yogurt for breakfast and only ate a light lunch because it was lunchtime, not because I was hungry. I only use it when I actually need to be productive, and for that purpose it works well. Would buy again.

Excellent, totally effective for me for nearly immediate headache relief.
My mother has been using it daily and I can see an improvement in her mood, pain, energy. She asked me to get more.
