Helps me with my arthritis pain and other issues the only thing the pen sometimes doesn't work I have to blow hard to make it work again.
I needed help because initially over and over again puff after puff and nothing happened. I contacted you folks and got an email saying I should try melting the wax with a hairdryer. I don’t own one. So I used an unfolded paper clip and inserted that into the hole and that worked well but if i go 12 hours not using it, I have to repeat the process and then it works.
Very pleased with my purchase and it even arrived a few days early! Excellent service!
